If your software license was purchased through one of our vendors, you may be given a redeem code. Follow the steps below to redeem your license:
- Go to the My Account page.

Log in to your Positive Grid account.
If you don’t have an account, click Sign Up and create one using the email address associated with your purchase. -
Once logged in, click the Redeem tab on the left side.

Enter your redeem code and click "SUBMIT".

After successful redemption, go to the Desktop Software page to download your products.
