Spark GO Warranty FAQ

Q: When does my warranty start?

A: Your 1-year warranty starts on the purchase date of your Spark GO. For consumers in a country in the European Union, the period of the warranty and the warranty service provided will be those of the country in Europe where the warranty claim is made.

 

Q: What does the warranty cover?

A: Warranty is limited to Spark GO amp body only (speaker box & control panel). Handle strap and USB cable are not covered by warranty. 

 

Q: Can I request a replacement/refund if the Spark GO becomes faulty within 30 days after delivery?

A: If your Spark GO becomes faulty within 30 days after delivery, and is covered by Positive Grid hardware warranty, you will be eligible to request for either a full refund or replacement free of charge.

 

Q: Can I return the amp within 30 days after the delivery?

A: If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days for a full refund (minus shipping costs). Please also note you'll be responsible for shipping the product back to our warehouse.

 

Q: What if I don't have the original packaging, can I still return the amp for a refund?

A: Yes, however $20 restocking fee will be charged (deducted from the refund) if the amp isn't returned in its original packaging.

 

Q: I'm outside the countries/regions that you ship to. Can I receive official services?

A: Yes. However, please note that we only provide services to countries/regions that are included on our list of shipping destinations. You will be responsible for shipping the unit to one of the listed countries/regions to receive services, as well as outbound shipping. 

 

Q: I purchased a second-hand unit. Is the warranty transferable?

A: The warranty is non-transferrable. It only covers the original purchase.

 

Q: I don’t have a warranty. Can I receive official services?

A: Yes. We are happy to provide support, repair or other services for any of our products, even if the product is not covered by warranty. However, please be informed of the following:

  1. You will be responsible for the cost of all parts, labor, and shipping.

  2. We only provide services to countries/regions that are included on our list of shipping destinations:

    America: United States, Canada.

     

    *Due to restrictions from our financial partners and local carriers, Positive Grid does NOT ship to Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam and Hawaii & United States Minor Outlying Islands.

     

    Europe: Germany, Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Austria, France, 
    United Kingdom, Denmark, Poland, Ireland, Hungary, Slovenia, Slovakia, 
    Czech Republic, Latvia, Sweden, Lithuania, Italy, Spain, Estonia, 
    Portugal, Finland, Croatia, Romania.

    *Due to restrictions from our financial partners and local carriers, Positive Grid does not ship to remote islands and dependencies, including but not limited to Canary Islands, 
    Isle of Man, etc.

     

    Oceania: Australia.

 

Q: How much will a repair cost for a unit that is not covered by warranty?

A: Repair costs may differ from the products and the conditions they are in. We cannot estimate the cost of a given repair until the unit is inspected in our authorized service center.
