Spark GO will play audio when the battery is low and when music or guitar volume is at maximum.
When you adjust the volume on your Spark GO with your instrument is connected or increase the Bluetooth volume, you might observe a noticeable "chopping sound," sometimes referred to as "left-hand muting."
This sound is intentionally designed to remind you that the volume of the Spark GO has reached its maximum level.
You can turn on/off the Voice Guide on the Spark GO in the Spark app by following the steps below:
1. Make sure the Spark GO is connected to the Spark app via Tone Control.
2. Tap on the Spark GO product card on the Menu page, then turn the Voice Guide on/off:
