Our desktop software can be activated on up to 5 computers, regardless of whether they are PCs or Macs. Exceeding this limit will cause the product to operate in Demo Mode.
To deactivate the software license, please follow the steps below:
1. Go to the My Products / Desktop Software page and log in to your Positive Grid account.
2. Find the software and click the SOFTWARE DETAILS button.
3. Scroll to view your list of activated devices and click Remove next to any device you no longer use to deactivate it.
4. That’s it! You can always return to this page to manage your activated devices.
