Q: How long will it take to receive my package after placing an order?

A: For most regions, your package will be shipped within 7 to 10 working days after placing your order.

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your country or region. The estimated delivery time specific to your location will be shown on the checkout page.

 

Q: How can I check the status of my order?

A: You can check your order status in two ways:

  1. Log in to the Positive Grid website using the same email you used for your purchase. Go to the User Center and navigate to the My Order page.
  2. Visit the Track My Order page and enter your email and order number to view your order status.

 

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: Yes, we ship to the following countries/regions:

 

United States, Canada
*Note: Positive Grid does not ship to Puerto Rico, Guam, the United States Minor Outlying Islands, Alaska, or Hawaii due to restrictions from our financial partners and local carriers. Personalized products are also unavailable in these regions.

 

Europe: Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, Bulgaria, Greece, Spain
*Due to restrictions from our financial partners and local carriers, Positive Grid does not ship to remote islands and dependencies, including but not limited to the Canary Islands, Isle of Man, Balears Province, Santa Cruz de Tenerife, Las Palmas, etc.

We cannot deliver to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Q: What is the shipping cost?

A: Shipping costs vary based on your location and any current promotions offered by Positive Grid. The exact shipping rate will be provided at checkout.

  • Shipping costs are determined by your chosen delivery option, order volume, and the shipment's destination.
  • Delivery options cannot be changed once the order has been placed.
  • Customers are responsible for shipping costs once the product is shipped from our warehouse.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from it.

    Positive Grid reserves the right to change its shipping policies at any time.

Q: Can I edit items in my order after placing it?

A: Unfortunately, due to technical limitations, it is not possible to edit items in your order after it has been placed.

 

Q: Q: Do your products come with a warranty?

A: Yes, all products include a limited warranty. For more details, please refer to the Positive Grid Product Warranty.

 

Q: Can I cancel my order?

A: You can cancel your order only if the items have not yet begun the dispatch process. For more details about cancellations or returns, please refer to our Return Policy.

 

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

A: We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. ShopPay and PayPal are also available, as well as installment payment (Afterpay) services (available for US customers only).

 

Q: Is VAT (Value-Added Tax) included in the order price?

A: Yes, in countries where VAT applies, the order price already includes the VAT amount. The specific VAT rate is determined by your country’s government regulations and policies.
