Payment Errors & Checkout Troubleshooting

If you get an error when trying to buy from the Positive Grid Store, try the following:

  1. Contact your card issuer or bank to see if they have more information about the error.
  2. Try a different browser. For example, if using Chrome, try Safari instead. Certain browser settings can interfere with payment processing.
  3. Make sure all required billing information is filled out during checkout.
  4. Try a different device — for example, use a computer if you are on mobile.
  5. Try a different payment method — for example, switch from PayPal to a credit card, or vice versa.

Note: If PayPal appears greyed out, try logging out of Facebook first, then retry.
