Please follow the instructions below to collect the logs on your computer.
1. Download the Support Tool here.
2. Right-click on "log_enable_mac.command" and select "Open".
*Click Open in the warning window.
3. Keep the log window opening while launching BIAS AMP 2 and reproduce the issue.
4. Right-click on "collectinfo-mac.command" and select "Open".
*Click Open in the warning window.
5. Wait until the spinning is over.
6. You will see the message “Please send “xxxxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx.zip” to Positive Grid for Analysis.
7. Right-click on "log_disable_mac.command" and select "Open".
*Click Open in the warning window.
8. Find the zip file generated by the tool and send it to our support team.
