Spark 2
The serial number for Spark 2 can be found on the bottom of the unit, right above the battery cover, or on the side of the packaging.
(It is 15 characters long and begins with "S501".)
You can also view the Spark 2 serial number on the product card when the amp is connected to the Spark app.
Spark NEO
The serial number for Spark NEO can be found on the bottom of the packaging.
(It is 15 characters long and begins with "SHP0".)
You can also view the Spark NEO serial number on the product card when the headphones are connected to the Spark app.
Spark NEO Core
The serial number for Spark NEO Core can be found on the bottom of the packaging.
(It is 15 characters long and begins with "SHP1".)
You can also view the Spark NEO Core serial number on the product card when the headphones are connected to the Spark app.
Spark EDGE
The serial number for Spark EDGE can be found on the rear of the unit, right below the battery cover, or on the side of the packaging.
(It is 15 characters long and begins with "S651".)

Spark 40
The serial number for Spark 40 can be found on the rear of the unit, right next to the USB Port, or on the outer box.
(It is 12 characters long and begins with "S040C".)

The serial number for Spark MINI can be found on the bottom of the unit, or on the bottom of the packaging.
(It is 15 characters long and begins with "S101". No space between the serial number.)

Spark GO
The serial number for Spark GO can be found either on the bottom of the device (underneath the sleeve) or on the bottom of the packaging.
(It is 15 characters long and begins with "S051".)

The serial number for Spark LIVE can be found below the power input, or on the side of the packaging.
(It is 15 characters long and begins with "SF01".)

Spark Control
The serial number for Spark Control can be found at the bottom of Spark Control.
(It includes "SKC50S-4" and the space between the number, e.g. "SKC50S-4 123456789-1234".)
Spark Control X
The serial number for Spark Control X can be found on the bottom of the unit (underneath the protective sleeve), or on the bottom of the packaging.
(It is 15 characters long and begins with "SPD1".)
Spark LINK
The serial number for Spark LINK can be found on the side of the packaging, or on the back of TX or RX, next to the QR code.
(It is 15 characters long and begins with "SWL1".)
