REACTOR Series
REACTOR 50W/100W
The serial number for REACTOR 50W/100W can be found on the rear of the unit, to the left of the MIDI IN port, or on the side of the packaging.
- REACTOR 50W's serial number is 15 characters long and begins with "R501".
- REACTOR 100W's serial number is 15 characters long and begins with "RA01".
You can also view the REACTOR 50W / 100W serial number on the product card when the amp is connected to the REACTOR app.
REACTOR Control
The serial number for REACTOR Control can be found on the front side of the unit (underneath the protective sleeve), or on the bottom of the packaging.
(It is 15 characters long and begins with "RPD1".)

The serial number for Spark PEDAL can be found on the bottom of the unit, or on the bottom of the packaging.
(It is 15 characters long and begins with "SPL1". No space between the serial number.)

The serial number for Spark 2 can be found on the bottom of the unit, right above the battery cover, or on the side of the packaging.
(It is 15 characters long and begins with "S501".)

The serial number for Spark EDGE can be found on the rear of the unit, right below the battery cover, or on the side of the packaging.

The serial number for Spark Control can be found on the bottom of the unit. The serial number is only printed on the unit - not on the packaging.
(It follows the format "SKC50S-4 xxx-xxxxxxxxx" with a space between the parts.)
Spark Control X
The serial number for Spark Control X can be found on the bottom of the unit (underneath the protective sleeve), or on the bottom of the packaging.
(It is 15 characters long and begins with "SPD1".)
Spark LINK
The serial number for Spark LINK can be found on the side of the packaging, or on the back of the TX or RX unit, next to the QR code.
(It is 15 characters long and begins with "SWL1".)
