How Do I Verify the Warranty for My Product?

Follow the steps below to verify the warranty for your registered product. Once verified, you can view the warranty period on the My Product page.

Before updating the warranty, you need to register the product first.

Verify the warranty for my product:

    1. Navigate and log in to the My Product page.

    2. Click on the 'DEVIC DETAILS' button of the product you want to verify the warranty.



    3. Click on the 'VERIFY WARRANTY' button.




    4. Check the warranty-related information.
      *If you purchase the product from Positive Grid's website, all the information will be filled in automatically.

      *If you purchase the product from other channels, please fill in the necessary information accordingly.

    5. Confirm the information and submit the form.

    6. Done! You can always check the warranty status of your product on the My Product page.
