How Do I Register My Products?

This guide will show you how to register your Positive Grid hardware products. 

Register Products in the User Center

1. 1. Log in to My Products with the account you used for purchase. 
      
      
   2. Select 'Add Device' in the account overview or hardware devices tab.
      
      
      
      
   3. Enter your serial number and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the registration.

   4. Once complete, your registered devices will appear under the My Products > Hardware Devices page.
      
      

Register Products via the Spark app

1. 1. Log in to the Spark app.
      
      
   2. Connect your Spark app to your Spark amp.
      
      
   3. If your amp is not yet registered, a pop-up will prompt you to register. Tap on 'Register Hardware' and you'll be forwarded to the user center to complete the registration. Simply follow the onscreen instructions from there.
      
      
      
      
      If you've previously skipped this notification, you can still find it under your Spark amp's device card, next to the serial number. Or, log in to your account at positivegrid.com and select "Add Device".
