Please ensure the Spark app and the firmware on the Spark EDGE have been updated to the latest version.

First-Time Connection
To connect to the Spark app and Spark EDGE Audio, please ensure you follow the instructions provided in the article here: Pairing the Spark EDGE with a Mobile Device via Bluetooth.
If you encounter issues connecting to Spark EDGE Audio, try the following steps:
- Ensure you press the 'PAIR' button on the rear of the control panel during the connection process. Spark EDGE Audio will only appear as a Bluetooth device in your system menu after this step.
- If "Spark EDGE Audio" doesn't appear on the Bluetooth list, please attempt a factory reset for Spark EDGE.
- Update the firmware on your Spark EDGE if the Spark app is connectable. For instructions on how to update the firmware, please refer to the following link: Spark EDGE Firmware Update.
If the issue still persists, please do not hesitate to contact support for further assistance.
For Returning Connections
If you still can't reconnect Spark EDGE to the Spark app, please follow the instructions below:

If the Spark EDGE has been previously paired as an audio device, navigate to the Bluetooth list, find "Spark EDGE Audio," and forget or unpair the device.

If Spark EDGE has been previously paired in the Spark app, navigate to the Menu tab in the Spark app. Tap the Spark EDGE product card to enter the product details page, then tap "Forget this device."

Close the Spark app by removing it from your smartphone's multitasking menu. Then, reboot Spark EDGE, enter Pairing Mode, and try reconnecting.
