The Bluetooth LED will start to breathe, indicating pairing mode.

Good to Know

Volume control

The Volume +/- buttons on the Spark NEO Headphones control only the guitar volume. Adjust Bluetooth music volume from your source device (phone, tablet, or computer).

Both connections at once

You can use Spark NEO as Bluetooth headphones while playing guitar - Spark NEO mixes the Bluetooth audio and your guitar signal together, so you can jam over music from any app (Apple Music, Spotify, YouTube, etc.).

Troubleshooting

Spark NEO Audio doesn't appear in my Bluetooth list

  • Make sure Spark NEO Headphones are powered on and you pressed the PAIR/POWER button - the Bluetooth LED should be breathing.
  • If pairing exits after one minute of no connection, press PAIR again to restart pairing mode.
  • Try a factory reset on Spark NEO and re-pair.

Paired successfully but no music plays

  • Increase the volume on your source device (phone, tablet, or computer) - Spark NEO relies on the source device for Bluetooth audio volume.
  • Confirm your source device is playing audio and it is routed to Spark NEO as the output.
  • The Volume +/- buttons on Spark NEO Headphones control only the guitar signal, not Bluetooth music.

Bluetooth keeps disconnecting

  • Stay within Bluetooth range (~10 m / 30 ft) of your source device.
  • Move away from Wi-Fi routers, microwaves, and other 2.4 GHz devices that can cause interference.
  • Forget the device on your phone, then re-pair.
