If you signed up for a Positive Grid account using "Sign in with Apple" and chose the "Hide My Email" option, your Positive Grid account might be associated with an email address ending in "privaterelay.appleid.com". This email address is automatically generated by Apple and is used exclusively for signing into Positive Grid's services and rerouting all emails between Positive Grid and the user.
There may be occasions when Positive Grid Support (or you) cannot locate your active account's email and need to verify your Apple Relay Email, such as during an account migration or deletion request. Here's how you can confirm your Apple Relay Email address:
From your iPhone or iPad
- Open Settings, tap on your name to view your Apple ID settings.
- *Tap on "Sign in with Apple"
- Scroll down and find BIAS FX 2 in the app list.
- The email address displayed under "Hide My Email" is your hidden email address.
*Note: On iOS 17 and earlier, this is under the "Password & Security > Sign in with Apple" menu.
*If you are unable to see the entirety of the email address, you can tap and hold down to copy the email address.
From Apple's website
- Sign into appleid.apple.com.
- Under Sign-In and Security, find "Sign in with Apple".
- Click on BIAS FX 2 in the list.
- The email address displayed under "Hide My Email" is your hidden email address.
