1-1. Log in to ToneCloud within the program
1-2. Once logged in (don't close the program), go to Finder -> Documents -> PositiveGrid -> BIAS_FX2 folder, then hold down Command + Shift+ "." , so the hidden files will show up
1-3. Find the .license file in the BIAS_FX2 folder, right click 'Get Info, and change the Privilege section to 'Read only' for all items. 
1-4. This should prevent the license from being logged out and deactivated.
2. Try disabling iCloud or any cloud-based service and see it helps.
