“Device Limit Reached” Error When Activating BIAS X on a New Device

If you see a "Device Limit Reached" message while trying to activate BIAS X on a new device, it means your license has reached its maximum number of allowed activations.

Each BIAS X license supports up to 5 device activations. You'll need to deactivate one before adding a new device.

How to Free Up a Device Slot

  1. Go to the My Products / Desktop Software page and log in with the account tied to your BIAS X license.

  2. Find BIAS X and click the SOFTWARE DETAILS button.

  3. Scroll to view your list of activated devices.

  4. Click Remove next to any device you no longer use to deactivate it.

  5. Retry activating BIAS X on your new device.
