A: The REAMPED™ Program offers returned and professionally refurbished Positive Grid hardware at reduced prices. These products are fully tested and restored to meet our quality standards.

Q: What products are available through REAMPED™?
A: At launch, REAMPED™ includes select Spark amps and Spark gear, starting with Spark 40 (Black and Pearl). Additional products, including other amp models, may be added over time as inventory becomes available.

Q: What does “refurbished” mean?
A: REAMPED™ products fall into two categories:- Premium Refurbished: Like-new condition. These are typically open-box or customer returns with minimal or no signs of use.

Refurbished: Fully functional but may show minor cosmetic wear from prior use.

Q: Which regions are supported?
A: The REAMPED™ Program will launch in the United States first, followed by Europe and Canada. Japan is currently excluded.

Q: How will my order be shipped?
A: Orders are processed and shipped using the same fulfillment system as new products. You’ll receive standard order confirmation and tracking information once your order ships.

Q: Will more products be added in the future?
A: Yes. The REAMPED™ Program will expand to include additional products as refurbished inventory becomes available.

Q: Do REAMPED™ products qualify for Positive Access points and rewards?
A: Yes. REAMPED™ products qualify for Positive Access points and redemptions, just like new products.

Q: Do REAMPED™ products qualify for upgrade discounts?
A: Yes. REAMPED™ product owners are eligible for upgrade discounts once the product is properly registered. Upgrade discounts will be available for qualifying products after registration is completed.

Q: How do I register a product from the REAMPED™ Program?
A: Registration is the same as for a new product. You can manually register the product in the User Center, or connect the product to the Spark app (if applicable) to complete registration automatically.

Q: Does warranty cover REAMPED™ products?
A: Yes. REAMPED™ products come with the same full 2-year warranty as new products. They also follow the same return policy and return process. Warranty coverage applies to the refurbished unit you receive, at the same refurbishment level (Premium Refurbished or Refurbished), and includes full customer support.
- Q: I don’t like the unit I purchased from the REAMPED™ program. Can I return it?
