The Spark amps can be used as Bluetooth speakers to play music or backing tracks from the Spark app's Auto Chord function. If the audio comes out of your device's speaker instead of the Spark amp, it means the Bluetooth audio didn't connect properly. Here are some steps that may help you resolve the issue.
-
- Ensure the music volume on Spark’s top panel is turned up.
- Increase the volume of your audio source (smartphone/tablet) and its applications.
- Disconnect unused audio connections, as the priority is AUX > USB > Bluetooth.
- Close all background apps on your device to prevent interference.
- Turn off Bluetooth on nearby devices (Bluetooth speakers, Apple Watch, etc.) to avoid interference.
- If possible, try using a different iOS/Android device.
