If your Spark amp is having trouble pairing or connecting via Bluetooth, a Bluetooth reset can resolve most issues.
Before You Begin
- Go to your phone or tablet's Bluetooth settings and remove (forget) the Spark amp from your paired devices list.
- Make sure the Spark amp is powered off before starting the reset.
Bluetooth Reset Process
Step 1: Power Off the Spark Amp
Turn off the Spark amp using the power switch.
Step 2: Enter Bluetooth Reset Mode
Press and hold the Preset 4 button, then turn on the Spark amp while keeping the button held down (approximately 3 seconds).
Step 3: Confirm the Reset
Release the Preset 4 button when the TAP button starts blinking. This confirms the Bluetooth reset is complete.
Step 4: Re-pair Your Device
Open the Spark app on your mobile device and follow the on-screen instructions to pair with the Spark amp again.
