Personalized products are non-refundable.

Any material containing sexually exploitative or pornographic imagery.
Any material containing racism, hate speech, or content considered inflammatory by minority groups.
Any obviously trademarked or copyrighted material, including brands, logos, artwork, images, mascots, character likenesses, etc.
Any material that disparages Positive Grid or its products.
