Q: How does a personalized grille make my amp special and unique?

A: Most guitarists can identify amps just by looking at their grille alone, so having a custom grille for your Spark is a great way to show your unique personality and way of playing to the world. 

 

Q: Can I still create a grille even if I don’t have any design experience?

A: Of course! We've made it easy to use our backgrounds and design elements to create your grille. You can also upload images, use our text tool, and experiment with different colors and positioning to make your grille personal to you.

 

Q: What are some things I can add to my grille? 

A: Your band logo, a favorite photo, personal artwork, or even words/lyrics that resonate with you. Basically anything is fine as long as you own the copyright and it does not contain any sexually exploitive or pornographic imagery, racism, hate speech or other trademarks. You can read our user guidelines for more information. We recommend photos and images that are bold and high in contrast without too much fine detail. Remember, the grille cloth is a rough weave, so go bold!

 

Q: Is the personalized grille available to all Spark users around the globe? 

A: Currently, personalized grille is only available to users in the US.

 

Q: How do I install a personalized grille on my Spark or Spark MINI? 

A: A swapping tool is provided with your grille that makes it easy to pop off the original grille and swap it with the new one.

 

Q: Can I make any design changes after I’ve submitted my order?

A: Unfortunately, no. Your design cannot be altered after you submit your order so please make sure everything is how you want it to be.

 

Q: How long will it take to get my grille after I place my order?

A: It will take 7 to 10 business days to process and ship out your order. You’ll receive email confirmation once your order leaves our warehouse.

 

Q: When will personalized grilles be available for purchase outside of the US?

A: We’re currently working hard to get grille personalization to other regions and we’ll be sure to make an official announcement when the time comes.

 

Q: Are personalized grilles refundable? 

A: Personalized products at Positive Grid are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.

 

Q: Can I cancel my personalized grille order?

A: Personalized product orders at Positive Grid cannot be canceled once they are finalized.

 

Q: Can discounts or coupons be applied to Spark and Spark MINI personalized grille orders?

A: No, not currently. But ensure you subscribe to our newsletter to receive early notifications about any upcoming deals!

 

Q: Can I get a reprint of my grille?

A: Please contact our Customer Support team with a picture of your grille if you suspect a printing error and they will assess whether or not there is an issue. If a printing error is confirmed, you will receive further instructions on how to get your grille reprinted. 

 

Q: How many personalized grilles can I purchase at one time?

A: You may purchase 1 Spark 40 grille and 1 Spark MINI grille per order.
