How does a personalized grille make my amp unique?
Most guitarists can identify amps by their grille alone. A custom grille for your Spark is a great way to show your personality and playing style.
Can I create a grille without design experience?
Of course! We provide backgrounds and design elements to make it easy. You can also upload images, use our text tool, and experiment with colors and positioning.
What can I put on my grille?
Your band logo, a favorite photo, personal artwork, or words and lyrics that resonate with you. Content must not contain sexually exploitive imagery, racism, hate speech, or other trademarks. We recommend bold, high-contrast images — the grille cloth is a rough weave, so fine detail may not come through.
Is personalization available worldwide?
Currently, personalized grilles are only available to users in the US.
How do I install a personalized grille?
A swapping tool is included with your grille, making it easy to pop off the original and swap in the new one.
Can I change my design after submitting?
No. Your design cannot be altered after you submit your order. Please make sure everything looks right before placing the order.
How long does shipping take?
7 to 10 business days to process and ship. You'll receive email confirmation once your order leaves our warehouse.
Are personalized grilles refundable?
No. Personalized products are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged or canceled once finalized.
Can I use discounts or coupons?
Not currently. Subscribe to our newsletter for early notifications about upcoming deals.
Can I get a reprint if there's a printing error?
Contact Customer Support with a photo of your grille. If a printing error is confirmed, you'll receive instructions for a reprint.
How many grilles can I purchase at once?
One Spark 40 grille and one Spark MINI grille per order.
