Bluetooth Connection Troubleshooting for Spark NEO Core

Before you start

Before attempting to connect your Spark NEO Core to the Spark app, ensure that the Spark app is up to date.


Troubleshooting Connection Issues

If "Spark NEO Core Audio" does not appear in the Bluetooth list:

  • Toggle Bluetooth off and on on your mobile device.
  • Perform a factory reset on your Spark NEO Core.
  • Restart both your mobile device and Spark NEO Core before trying again.

If the issue persists, please do not hesitate to contact support for further assistance.


Reconnecting to the Spark App

If your Spark NEO Core has been previously paired and is not connecting:

  1. Forget the Device in Bluetooth Settings

    • Navigate to your mobile device’s Bluetooth settings.
    • Find "Spark NEO Core Audio", then select Forget or Unpair.

  2. Forget the Device in the Spark App

    • Open the Spark app.
    • Go to the Menu tab, select the Spark NEO Core device card, and tap Forget this device.

  3. Restart and Reconnect
