Switch and Customize Presets on Spark NEO

← Back to Spark NEO User Guide

Spark NEO Headphones store 4 presets on the hardware itself, so you can switch between them and play without connecting to the Spark app. Customize each preset in the app and save it to a slot.

Switch Between Presets

  1. Press the Preset Selector button on the right ear.
  2. Each press cycles through the 4 preset slots: 1 → 2 → 3 → 4 → 1...

The headphones don't visually indicate which slot is currently active. To see the active slot, open the Spark app - the current preset name and slot label (CH1/2/3/4 or RHYTHM/LEAD/SOLO/CUSTOM) appear at the top of the Tone page.

Customize a Preset in the Spark App

Edit any preset (amp, effects, tone) in the Spark app, then save it to one of the 4 hardware slots so it stays on your headphones.

  1. Connect Spark NEO to the Spark app (Tone Control). See Pair Spark NEO with the Spark App.
  2. On the Tone page, edit the amp, effects, or tone parameters to your liking.
  3. Tap the menu at the top right of the Tone page.
  4. Tap Save to Hardware.
  5. Choose which of the 4 slots to overwrite.

Tip: Presets saved to hardware persist through power-off and can be used without the Spark app connected.
