How to use this guide

Registering your product is a small but significant step that can greatly enhance your overall ownership experience. From warranty service to exclusive offers, the benefits far outweigh the minimal effort required to complete the registration process.

 

The process varies depending on the channel through which you place your order. Please navigate to the appropriate section accordingly.

 

  • Purchase on Positive Grid's Website
    • For the customers who:
      Purchase Positive Grid's product from our official site.
      The order number with the prefix: "PG-xxxxx, CA-xxxxx, EU-xxxxx, UK-xxxxx or AU-xxxxx".

       

  • Purchase from Other Channels
    • For the customers who:
      1. Purchase Positive Grid's product from somewhere besides our official site.
      2. Purchase Positive Grid's product from our official site, but the order doesn't appear on the "My Product" page. 

 

 

Purchase on Positive Grid's Website

    • For the customers who:
      Purchase Positive Grid's product from our official site.
      The order number with the prefix: "PG-xxxxx, CA-xxxxx, EU-xxxxx, UK-xxxxx or AU-xxxxx".

 

You can register your product by following the instructions below:

 

1. Navigate and log in to the My Product.

If you haven't already, please ensure that you sign up for a Positive Grid account using the same email address you used for the order.

 

 

2. Select the product you'd like to register.
Once you've placed an order on Positive Grid's official website, you should see the product listed in "My Product".

 

For the customers who:

a. Purchase Positive Grid's product from somewhere besides our official site

b. Purchase Positive Grid's product from our official site, but the order doesn't appear on the "My Product" page. 

Please refer to the "Purchase From Other Channel" section.

 

 

 

3. Register your product.

  • Ensure the email address is correct (your Positive Grid account).
  • Select the product.

 

 

4. Scroll down and double-check that all the necessary information regarding your order and product is correct.

 

 

5. Please select your preferred language. This will enable our support team to provide you with better assistance in the future. Additionally, kindly fill in the serial number of your product.

6. (Optional) Uploading an invoice and a picture of the serial number is optional. Should you have any concerns regarding your order, please don't hesitate to upload them.

 

7. Done! You can always check the warranty status of your registered product on the My Product page. 

 

 

Purchase From Other Channels

    • For the customers who:
      1. Purchase Positive Grid's product from somewhere besides our official site.
      2. Purchase Positive Grid's product from our official site, but the order doesn't appear on the "My Product" page. 

 

1. Please navigate to the registration page here.

 

 

2. Please select "From other channels" and click the "NEXT" button.

 

 

3. Log in to the registration page.

If you haven't already, please ensure that you sign up for a Positive Grid account using the same email address you used for the order.

 

 

4. Register your product.

  • Ensure the email address is correct (your Positive Grid account).
  • Select the product.

 

 

 

5. Select the channel where you purchase the product and enter the order number, purchase/receive date, and country accordingly.

If you buy a Positive Grid product from our official site, but the order doesn't appear on the "My Product" page, please select "Retail Store" and choose the country accordingly.

 

 

6. Scroll down and select your country and preferred language. This will enable our support team to provide you with better assistance in the future. Additionally, kindly fill in the serial number of your product.
