This guide shows you how to register and unregister your Positive Grid hardware products.
Find Your Product
Click your product's registration method to jump to the instructions.

Register via the App
- Log in to the Spark app or REACTOR app.
- Connect the app to your amp:
• Connect to Spark Amp
• Connect to REACTOR

Go to the Menu and locate the Register option on your product's device card. You'll find it next to the serial number.

Register via the User Center
This method works for every Positive Grid hardware product.
- Log in to User Center using the account you used for the purchase.
- Select Add Device from the account overview or hardware devices tab.
- Enter your serial number and follow the on-screen instructions.

- Once registered, your device will appear under My Products > Hardware Devices.
Unregister Products in the User Center
- Log in to My Products using the account you used for the purchase.
- Find your product and click Device Details next to it.
- Click Unregister below the product image.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the process.
