How Do I Register/Unregister My Products?

Register Products via the Spark app

1. Log in to the Spark app.
   
   
2. Connect your Spark app to your Spark amp.
   
   
3. If your amp is not registered, a pop-up will prompt you to register. Tap "Register" to complete the registration.
   
   
   If you've previously skipped this notification, you can still find the "Register" option under your Spark amp's device card next to the serial number.
   

Register Products in the User Center

1. Log in to My Products using the account you used for the purchase. 
   
   
2. Select "Add Device" from the account overview or hardware devices tab.
   
   
   
   
3. Enter your serial number and follow the on-screen instructions.

4. Once registered, your device will appear under My Products > Hardware Devices.

Unregister Products in the User Center

1. Log in to My Products using the account you used for the purchase.
   
   
2. Find your product and click "DEVICE DETAILS" next to it.
   
   
3. Click "Unregister" below the product image.
   
   
   
4. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the process.
