Bluetooth Connection Troubleshooting for Spark NEO

Before you start

Before attempting to connect your Spark NEO to the Spark app, ensure that:

  • The Spark app is updated to the latest version.
  • The firmware on the Spark NEO is up to date.

Troubleshooting Connection Issues

If "Spark NEO Audio" does not appear in the Bluetooth list:

  • Toggle Bluetooth off and on on your mobile device.
  • Perform a factory reset on your Spark NEO.
  • Restart both your mobile device and Spark NEO before trying again.

Reconnecting to the Spark App

If your Spark NEO has been previously paired and is not connecting:

  1. Forget the Device in Bluetooth Settings

    • Navigate to your mobile device’s Bluetooth settings.
    • Find "Spark NEO Audio", then select Forget or Unpair.

  2. Forget the Device in the Spark App

    • Open the Spark app.
    • Go to the Menu tab, select the Spark NEO device card, and tap Forget this device.

  3. Restart and Reconnect
