Pre Order FAQ - Spark Amp

Q: Why should I buy Spark? 

A: Spark is the first guitar amplifier and mobile app that jams along with you using intelligent technology. Spark also provides chord recognition allowing you to play and practice with millions of songs using over 10,000 amp and effect tones powered by Positive Grid’s award-winning BIAS tone engine

 

Q: Will I get charged when I preorder or when the amp delivers?

A: The only way we can reserve a Spark amp at the pre-launch price is to charge your card. You can always wait to order when we have Spark in stock for immediate shipment. We anticipate that happening in January or February 2020. Purchases after the pre-launch promo period will be at regular price.

 

Q: Can I cancel my preorder?

A: You can cancel a pre-launch payment as long as your amp has not yet shipped. Once your amp has been shipped, we cannot cancel your order.

 

Q: Can I swap, add, or deduct items within my order?

A: Due to technical reasons, it is not possible to swap, add, or deduct items within your order. We can only cancel your current order and ask you to place a new order that fits your needs.

 

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

A: We accept all major credit cards - Visa, MasterCard, American Express and others. Check on our website to see if your card of choice is accepted.

 

Q: Do you also ship outside the USA?

A: Yes, we also ship to the following countries/regions:

Australia, Austria, Canada, China, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Indonesia, Italy, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, Mexico, New Zealand, Norway, Philippines, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, Taiwan, Thailand, UK, Vietnam. 

If your country isn't listed, please kindly wait for further notice. 

 

Q: What is the shipping cost?

A: There is no shipping cost for the pre orders.

 

Q: Is VAT (Value-Added Tax) included in the pre-order price?

A: The pre-order price does not include VAT. However, VAT is automatically calculated during the checkout process. The VAT rate is calculated according to your country's government policy.

 

Q: When will I receive my Spark?

A: Spark orders will ship on a first come - first served basis. We suggest placing your Spark order at your earliest convenience to take advantage of any current offers and to be ahead in the waiting list as our production begins. We will ship the first batch of Spark in December 2019.

 

Q: Does Spark have a warranty? What is it?

Q: Does Spark app only work with iOS?

A: Spark mobile app works with iOS and Android powered mobile devices. You can download the app on the appropriate App store for your device.

 

Q: Do I have to purchase the Spark mobile app?

A: Spark mobile app is FREE for iOS and Android users. Visit your app store or look on our website for a direct link to the Spark mobile app.

 

Q: Do I need to install special software to use my Spark amp?

A: Spark features great amp and effect tones right out of the box with access to thousands more on our ToneCloud. No software installation is needed to use Spark.
