Activation Limit
Desktop
BIAS X, BIAS FX 2, BIAS AMP 2 — up to 5 computers.
Mobile
Spark App, BIAS FX 2 Mobile, BIAS AMP 2 Mobile — up to 5 devices.
When the limit is reached, the software enters Demo Mode — full playback is available but saving and exporting are disabled. You must deactivate an existing device before activating on a new one.
Licenses cannot be transferred between accounts.
Please ensure you are logging in with the account used to purchase the license.
Activation Troubleshooting
Desktop — BIAS X
- "LICENSE NOT FOUND" After Logging Into BIAS X
- "Device Limit Reached" Error When Activating BIAS X on a New Device
- Stuck on "Verification Complete" or "AUTHORIZATION FAILED" (Windows Only)
Mobile — Spark App / BIAS FX 2 Mobile / BIAS AMP 2 Mobile
- Activation limit reached: Contact Positive Grid Support to deactivate all records.
