Activation Limit

Platform	Device Limit	What Happens When Limit Is Reached
Desktop BIAS X BIAS FX 2 BIAS AMP 2	Up to 5 computers	The software enters Demo Mode - full playback is available but saving and exporting are disabled. You must deactivate an existing device before activating on a new one.
Mobile Spark App BIAS FX 2 Mobile BIAS AMP 2 Mobile	Up to 5 devices

Follow the instructions below to reactivate your license

Reactivate
Desktop License	Activation limit reached: Go to the My Products / Desktop Software page and log in with the account tied to your BIAS X license.
Mobile License	Activation limit reached: Contact Positive Grid Support to deactivate all records.

Licenses cannot be transferred between accounts.
Please ensure you are logging in with the account used to purchase the license.
