Connection Troubleshooting for Spark MINI

Please ensure the Spark app and the firmware on the Spark MINI has been updated to the latest version.

If you experience any connectivity issues after connecting for the first time, first navigate to the Menu tab and tap on the '+' in the top right corner.

Follow the instructions, power on the Spark MINI, and enter the pairing mode by tapping on the 'PAIR' button on the rear of the control panel.

Once the blue LED on the top of the Spark MINI starts "breathing" (pulsing in and out), tap the "Connect" button in the Spark app.


If you still can't connect the Spark MINI to the Spark app, please follow the instructions below:

  1. If the Spark MINI has been previously paired as an audio device, navigate to the Bluetooth list, find "Spark MINI Audio," and forget or unpair the device.

  2. If the Spark MINI has been previously paired in the Spark app, navigate to the Menu tab in the Spark app. Tap the Spark MINI product card to enter the product details page, then tap "Forget this device."image (41).png

  3. Close the Spark app by removing it from your smartphone's multitasking menu. Then, reboot the Spark MINI, enter Pairing Mode, and try reconnecting.
