Delivery time depends on your location. Shipping estimates will be displayed on the checkout page and will also be displayed in the My Orders section of your account page.

How can I check my order status?
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email containing the tracking information.

For the most up-to-date details about your order, please log in to the User Center - My Orders on Positive Grid's website using the email you used to the purchase.
You can then locate your order and check its tracking status.

Why is the shipping status not updating?
It can take 1-3 business days for your tracking number to register in the courier's system. During this time, you may see statuses such as "label created" or "Pre-shipment Info Sent to Courier."

Each courier has its own tracking site, which will be included in the email containing the tracking number. For more detailed shipment information, please visit the tracking page of the respective courier.
Why has the shipping status remained "in transit" for a week?
Your shipment has been collected by the courier and is currently on its way to its final destination.

Please note that different couriers in various regions may offer different levels of tracking updates. We appreciate your understanding.
Why is the tracking number not functioning, or why is the courier unknown?
In certain cases and regions, tracking numbers might not be available because some couriers have limitations, making them unrecognizable in our system.

In such situations, we recommend using AfterShip to track your package. We understand this may not be ideal, and we are actively working to identify the best couriers to enhance our shipping services everywhere.

Is there any warranty?
All Positive Grid hardware products come with at least a 1-year limited warranty. For more details on our warranty policy, please see Positive Grid Product Warranty Policy
Can I cancel my order?
Order cancellations will only be granted if your ordered items have not been sent out for shipping. For more information about cancellations or returns, please visit our Positive Grid Product Return & Refund Policy
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, etc.), PayPal, and installment payment services (US only).
What is the shipping cost?
Shipping costs vary depending on your location and current promotions offered by Positive Grid. Shipping rates will be provided at checkout.

The final shipping cost is determined by your chosen delivery option and the shipment's final destination. Please note that your delivery option cannot be changed once the order has been placed.

Customers will be responsible for paying shipping costs once the product is shipped from our warehouse. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. Positive Grid Limited reserves the right to change its shipping policies at any time.
