Spark Control X / Spark Control - Connection Behavior
Spark Control X with Spark 2 / Spark LIVE / Spark EDGE
Connection: Direct connection to the device (no need to open Spark App).
Running Spark App is not required. You can customize Spark Control X command assignments via the Spark App.
Spark Control X with Spark 40 / Spark MINI / Spark GO / Spark NEO / Spark NEO Core
Connection: Connect via Spark App first, then connect Spark Control X through the app.
Spark App must remain running in the foreground. If the app is inactive or the mobile device sleeps, Spark Control X will temporarily disconnect.
Spark Control with All Spark Amp Series
Connection: Connect via Spark App first, then connect Spark Control through the app.
Spark App must remain running in the foreground. If the app is inactive or the mobile device sleeps, Spark Control will temporarily disconnect.

Please ensure the Spark App, Spark Amps, and Control X are updated to the latest versions for optimal stability and full features.

Spark Control X - Connection Troubleshooting
With Spark 2 / Spark LIVE / Spark EDGE
- Reset Spark Control X (will set assigned command to default).
- Restart your amp, then Press & Hold the Pairing button until 2 LEDs breath blue synchronously.
- Power on Spark Control and it will pair with your amp automatically.
With Spark 40 / Spark MINI / Spark GO / Spark NEO / Spark NEO Core
- Reset Spark Control X (will set assigned command to default).
- Restart your amp, connect it to the Spark App.
- Power on Spark Control X, go to the product card in the Spark App.
- Select the amp > Connect Spark Control X.

Components: Transmitter (black ring) + Receiver (gold ring)
Auto Pairing: Automatically pairs after power on. Powers off if not paired within 15 seconds.
Manual Refresh Pairing
- Reset: Spark LINK / Spark LINK XLR
- After power on, double-press the power button on both units to enter pairing mode (LED will flash).
Pairing Limitation: Can only pair within the same set; different sets cannot be cross-paired.
Spark NEO & Spark Neo Transmitter - Connection Troubleshooting

Components: Headphone + Transmitter
Auto Pairing: Automatically pairs after power on. Powers off if not paired within 15 seconds.
