Preparation

- Turn off and then turn on Bluetooth on your mobile device.
- Close all background apps.
- Turn off Bluetooth on nearby devices (e.g., speakers, Apple Watch).
- Turn off and then turn on Bluetooth on your mobile device.
Reset Bluetooth Connection

If you're having trouble reconnecting the Spark amp to the Spark app, start by watching the tutorial video for a visual walkthrough:
- Remove the Spark amp from recognized devices in the Bluetooth settings.
iOS:
- Open Settings → Bluetooth.
- Find the Spark amp and tap Forget This Device to unpair it.
Android:- Open Settings → Bluetooth.
- Find the Spark amp and tap Unpair to disconnect it.
- Remove Spark Amp from the Spark App (if previously paired):
- Open the Spark app and go to the Menu tab.
- Select your product card and tap Forget this device.
- If removing the device didn't solve the issue, reset the Bluetooth on your Spark amp (Spark 40, Spark MINI, Spark GO, Spark LIVE, Spark 2).
