Preparation

- Enable Bluetooth on your mobile device.
- Close all background apps.
- Turn off Bluetooth on nearby devices (e.g., speakers, Apple Watch).
- Enable Bluetooth on your mobile device.
Reset Bluetooth Connection

- Reset your Spark amp's Bluetooth (Spark 40, Spark MINI, Spark GO).
- Remove the Spark amp from recognized devices in the Bluetooth settings.
iOS:
- Navigate to Settings → Bluetooth.
- Tap "Forget This Device" to unpair and disconnect the Spark amp.
Android:- Navigate to Settings → Bluetooth.
- Tap "Unpair" to disconnect the Spark amp.
- Reset your Spark amp's Bluetooth (Spark 40, Spark MINI, Spark GO).
Reconnect to Your Spark Amp

- Launch the Spark app and go to the Menu tab.
- Tap on the '+' at the top-right corner, and follow the on-screen instructions to connect to your Spark amp.
- Once connected, the green icons on the device card will indicate that the Spark amp is successfully connected.
